Years went by and I started to gain weight without even noticing how much I weighed… I called Phil, one day seeking his time for a chat. That 30 minutes chat with Phil changed my understanding on what environment I was getting into. He was very friendly, answering all my questions, non judgmental and very patient. I knew that time, I was stepping into a studio where I will be supported in my weight loss journey. Phil came with a long term plan and the bioscan was an eye opener. We both knew, we had a long road ahead. I booked couple of PT sessions with Phil every week and from being a very reluctant participant, I started to enjoy each session. Weeks, months rolled by and it has been 2.5 years now and I am still continuing to have PT sessions with Phil. My goal was to reduce weight and get into normal BMI which means I needed to reduce 38.4 kgs. Today I have reduced my weight by 37.7 kgs.
